By using theaisonggenerator.com ("the site", "we") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old. You can make a song without an account; signing in (with Google, or with your email and a password or a one-time code) keeps your songs on any device and is needed for credit packs and gifts.
What the service does
You give a name (up to 40 characters), an occasion and a few details (up to 300 characters), or paste your own lyrics (up to 3000 characters), and choose a voice and a style. Unless you pasted lyrics, an AI model first writes lyrics from your details; then an AI music model sings them as a full song with music. We use Suno's models for both, through our API provider APIMart. Each song comes in two versions, with its lyrics, to play on the site and download as MP3. Songs are generated by AI: a name can be sung oddly, and a song may contain mistakes or artifacts.
What you may write
- Lyrics you wrote yourself (or had ChatGPT or another assistant write for you), or that you have the rights to use.
- No lyrics copied from other artists' songs, no songs meant to pass as a real artist's, and nothing that mocks, threatens or embarrasses the person the song is about.
- No words listed as prohibited in our acceptable use policy. The AI service applies its own filters and may refuse some words.
Making a song confirms the words are yours to use.
Prices and credits
One song (two versions) costs $4.99, paid once, or uses 10 credits from a pack, whatever its length. There is no subscription. Credit packs: $12.99 for 30 credits, $34.90 for 100 credits. Credits are taken when a song starts and returned automatically if it fails. They never expire, have no cash value, can't be transferred except with a gift link, and are lost if you delete your account.
Buying just one song
When you don't have enough credits for a song you can pay for exactly that song. The payment adds the credits the song needs and starts it.
Gifts
You can turn at least 5 of your credits into a gift link, or buy a pack as a gift. Anyone signed in who opens the link first gets the credits. Until it is claimed you can take it back. Keep links private: we can't return credits claimed by someone you shared the link with.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars. Orders are paid on a Stripe checkout page: we sell to you and Stripe processes the payment. The price shown is the final price, and checkout may also offer your local currency at Stripe's exchange rate. Refunds are described in the refund policy.
Your songs
We claim no ownership of the words you write or the songs you make. You may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially, as long as the words are yours to use. In some countries music generated by AI can't be protected by copyright, and streaming and distribution services have their own rules for AI-generated music: following them is up to you. We don't promise that a song is unlike every existing recording.
Content rules
You may not use the service to imitate a real singer or rapper, to pass an AI voice off as a real person's performance, or to make songs that harass, threaten, defame or sexualise anyone. The full list and how to report a song is in our acceptable use policy, which is part of these terms.
No affiliation
We use Suno's models through APIMart, but the site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Suno, Udio or any record label, artist or distributor.
If you break these terms
We may block songs, delete the songs concerned and close the account. You are responsible for the words you write and for how you use and share the songs, and you agree to cover any claims, losses or costs that third parties bring against us because of that use.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available"; see the disclaimer. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes
We may update these terms and prices. The date at the top shows the latest version; prices you already paid don't change.
